The first semi-final of the Junior Hockey Asia Cup will be played today between Pakistan and Malaysia.
Head coach Roland Altmans said that junior hockey is ready for the semi-finals of the Asia Cup.
He said that the players have been trained as per the plan, the goal of qualifying for the Junior World Cup has been achieved.
“Now our target is to win the semi-final against Malaysia, then the final,” the head coach said.
Coach Zeeshan Ashraf said that qualifying for the Junior World Cup is good news for the national hockey team.
He added that it is hoped that the players will give a good result in the semi-final against Malaysia.
