Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has written a letter to the Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan on the issue of raiding and damaging public and private properties and facilities by miscreants in Punjab.
It is written in the letter that the province had to face a lot of violence and bloodshed by the miscreants in the last few days. Very important public and private properties were attacked and set on fire. These actions of evil elements caused huge financial loss to public and private properties.
According to the Punjab government, many law enforcement officers and jawans were injured while protecting the public. The Punjab government is united to stop all such acts by violent elements.
In the letter written by caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi, it has been said that along with his team, the members of the Election Commission of Pakistan should be ready for a briefing on the law and order situation on behalf of the Punjab government. A briefing is also prepared regarding the future action plan.
