Social media site Twitter and CEO of technology company Tesla, Elon Musk, called WhatsApp untrustworthy.
According to a foreign news agency, a Twitter engineer shared a screenshot of the Android dashboard.
From the screenshot, it looks like WhatsApp is accessing the microphone in the background from 4:20 AM to 6:53 AM.
The user wrote that WhatsApp was using my microphone while I was sleeping.
Elon Musk said WhatsApp can’t be trusted after a Twitter engineer claimed his microphone was being used in the background while he was sleeping.
