London / Karachi: Yasmin Lawrie became the first Pakistani woman architect to win the British Royal Award. He was awarded the Royal Institute of British Architects 2023 Gold Medal.
The Royal Institute of British Architects has awarded Yasmin Lawrie the Royal Gold Medal for 2023, making her the first female architect from Pakistan to receive the award.
Yasmeen Lari presented humanitarian work, especially projects such as low-cost, zero-carbon housing, which can be of great help to disadvantaged communities.

Thanks to these projects, the Pakistani woman recognized her talents all over the world. Britain’s Prince Charles presented Yasmin Larkey with a gold medal, which has been described as the first of its kind.
