On the instructions of Imran Khan, a petition was prepared for the restoration of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assemblies.
Sources say that the petition has been prepared by the Speakers of both the Assemblies on the instructions of PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
The decision of the Supreme Court is awaited to hold elections in the provinces.
Speaker Punjab Assembly Sabatin Khan said that the petition will not be filed in case of elections in Punjab and KPK.
Sabatin Khan said that if a decision is made to hold the election on the same day after a few months, a petition will be filed.
He said that only those elected by the people have the power to govern, the petition has been prepared by me and Speaker KP Mushtaq Ghani.
