The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has announced Pakistan’s squad for the AFC Women’s Olympic Qualifiers. Maria Khan will be the captain while Malika Noor will be her deputy.
Among the players selected for the national women’s team are forwards Alia Sadiq, Anmol Hira, Isra Khan, Naqiya Ali, Sanobar Abdul Sattar and Zahmina Malik.
The midfielders are Maria Khan, Aliza Saber, Amina Hanif, Anush Usman, Marvi Baig, Ramin Farid and Soha Hirani.
Defenders Malika Noor, Mashal Bhatti, Nazalia Siddiqui, Sahiba Sher Dil, Sara Khan and Sofia Qureshi are included.
Goalkeepers Fatima Naz, Nisha Ashraf and Romesa Khan are also part of the squad.
Qualifier matches will start from April 5 at Hassur Central Stadium, Tajikistan.
The Pakistan Women’s team will begin their campaign against the Philippines on April 5.
The second match will be played against Hong Kong on April 8 and the third match against Tajikistan on April 11.
