Olympian Javelin Tharoor said, “My elbow and knee problems were chronic. The knee pain had been there for 6-7 years, while I had suffered from elbow pain for 3 years. I continued to participate in events but I found it difficult. I was, now I had time, then I did the surgery and now I am better.
He said that my rehab is going on in Pakistan, the problem here is because there are no world-class facilities, but thankfully everything is going well.
Arshad Nadeem said that I am rehabbing under the supervision of Dr. Asad Abbas, I am in touch with Dr. Ali Bajwa who is in England and who performed my surgery through video call.
Arshad Nadeem said that he threw a record 90.18 meters in the Commonwealth Games, if I throw in the same way, the chances of me winning a medal in future events are bright.
