The anti-terrorism court of Lahore rejected the interim bail application of PTI leader Farrukh Habib in the case of arson and vandalism.
The court dismissed PTI leader Farrukh Habib’s interim bail plea on the ground of non-compliance.
The court reserved its verdict on PTI leader Asad Umar’s plea for pardon.
The investigating officer told the court that the government had formed a JIT, the accused were not involved in the investigation.
The court ordered the other accused including Zubair Niazi and Yasmin Rashid to join the investigation, while the interim bail of 3 other co-accused was extended till March 7.
It should be noted that a case of vandalism was registered against the PTI leaders by the Shadman police.
