Tehran: Iran has warned that US attacks on Iran-linked targets in Syria will be responded to immediately and with greater intensity.

According to the international news agency, the statement issued by the spokesman of the Iranian army said that the US has the right to refrain from attacking the military bases linked to Iran in Syria, otherwise it has the right to retaliate.

The spokesman added that Iran has built military bases there at the request of the Syrian government to fight terrorism and ISIS. Any pretext to attack these military bases and installations will be immediately responded to.
