Karachi: The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of the police arrested 4 suspects of the gang who robbed citizens with cash from the banks while carrying out an operation on Korangi Causeway and recovered weapons and motorcycles from their possession.
According to the details, according to SSP Junaid Ahmed Sheikh, during the preliminary investigation, the arrested accused revealed several incidents of looting cash outside banks in Boat Basin, Defence, Akhtar Colony, Mahmoodabad, Nursery, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Gulshan Iqbal, Jamshed Quattro and other areas. ,
An accomplice of the arrested accused, Muzaffar, used to point out the people who came out with cash inside the banks to his other accomplices outside the banks, who would return the said person to the appropriate place.
The four accused have already been arrested in 21 cases including 4 robberies, 3 police encounters, 2 attempted murders, 2 thefts, weapons, 3 drugs in police stations SIU, Aziz Bhatti, Gulshan Iqbal, Saeedabad, Defense, Jamshed Quarter and Boot Basin. are
Cases have been registered in the SIU under the Sindh Arms Act against the recovery of illegal weapons from the arrested accused, the names of the accused are Farhan Khan son of Ghulam Mohiuddin, Muhammad Nasir son of Abdul Aziz Khan, Ali Shan son of Muhammad Rafiq and Muhammad Mukhtiar son of Muhammad.
