Lahore: The petition against the disqualification of PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case has been fixed for hearing.
A five-member larger bench of Lahore High Court headed by Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan will hear the petition of Imran Khan on March 21.
Other members of the bench include Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza, Justice Jawad Hasan, Justice Shahid Karim and Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry.
Imran Khan has challenged the disqualification measure in the Tosha Khana case.
On the other hand, the application against the Election Commission notice to remove Imran Khan from the leadership of the party was also scheduled for hearing in the Lahore High Court.
The five-member full bench hearing the disqualification petition will also hear the petition tomorrow.
