Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s response in the prohibited funding case was submitted to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
Islamabad Banking Court Judge Rukhshanda Shaheen will hear the prohibited funding case tomorrow.
On the other hand, Imran Khan’s lawyer Naeem has submitted his client’s reply to the FIA investigation officer.
In response, Imran Khan took a stand that the ruling alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has targeted me and PTI leaders for political revenge.
He said that cases of terrorism, sedition and incitement have been framed against me and other PTI leaders.
In response, Imran Khan further said that PDM is taking revenge on PTI and me by recruiting officers of their choice in government institutions.
They said that a case was registered to harass me by using the Federal Investigation Agency.
The PTI chairman in his reply also said that the case against me in FIA was made on the basis of assumptions.
He said that Woton Cricket Club and Abraaj Group are not named in the case, after the decision of the Election Commission on June 21-22, the inquiry into this case was started.
Imran Khan said that Election Commission is a biased institution for Tehreek-e-Insaaf, ECP violated the decision of High Court.
He said that all the funding of PTI was placed before the Election Commission, there is no evidence of money laundering in the funding.
In his reply, the former prime minister said that even after all efforts, FIAPTI could not bring any evidence against it.
