The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has called an emergency meeting of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises.
Sources say that an important meeting of the PSL franchises will be held tomorrow, in which the transfer of the matches in Punjab to Karachi will be discussed.
PCB will shift Lahore and Rawalpindi matches to Karachi after consultation with the franchises.
Punjab government asked for 50 crore rupees to conduct the matches, PCB paid 5 crore for food and drink.
The Punjab government also asked to pay the remaining 45 crores for lighting and security.
According to the sources, these expenses do not have to be paid to hold matches in Karachi, PCB can shift the matches to Karachi to save these expenses.
