Cypher and Tosha Khana cases: Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi's appeal filed again against sentence

Islamabad: PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi have again filed an appeal against the conviction in the Cipher and Tosha Khana cases.

Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi also filed petitions to suspend the trial court’s sentence in the Tosha Khana case.

The petition requested that the conviction of founder PTI in the cipher case be stayed pending the decision on the central appeal.

The Registrar’s Office of the Islamabad High Court raised objections to the appeals. The lawyers of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi had withdrawn the appeals to remove the objections.
