The Islamabad court dismissed the case of illegal relationship against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.
The marriage case of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi was heard in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad. The court dismissed the case against founder PTI and Bushra Bibi on allegations of illicit relations.
The court remarked that legally Section 496B requires 2 witnesses, here there is one. The court is dropping the charge under 496B. Founder PTI and Bushra Bibi are charged only 496.
Charges have been filed against founder PTI and Bushra Bibi only to the extent of marriage in Eid. The court has summoned the prosecution witnesses on January 18.
Bushra Bibi’s ex-husband Khawar Manika’s employee Latif had accused PTI founder and Bushra Bibi of the incidents of 6 years ago.
The hearing of the Nikah case will be held on January 18.
