PTI's contempt petition against the Election Commission was disposed of

Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s contempt petition against the Election Commission was disposed of.

A hearing was held in the Peshawar High Court on PTI’s contempt petition against the Election Commission. A two-member bench consisting of Justice Atiq Shah and Justice Syed Arshad Ali conducted the hearing.

Shah Faisal Ilyas Advocate said that the application has become ineffective after the Supreme Court’s decision. Later, the court dismissed the application as ineffective.
