Pakistan Cricket Board has appointed wicketkeeper batsman Muhammad Rizwan as the vice-captain of the Pakistan T20 team.
Mohammad Rizwan is currently included in the Pakistan team playing the T20 series against New Zealand under the leadership of Shaheen Shah Afridi.
A 5-match T20 series will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand.
The first T20 match between the two teams will be played on January 12 in Auckland.
The national team will begin training in New Zealand from tomorrow.
