For the first time, a women’s football team was established in the Chitral Valley.
National footballer Karishma Ali founded Chitral Women FC under her foundation which includes 16 players from the valley.
Karisma Ali says that 6 players have represented Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the past in the Prime Minister Youth Program, the team was formed on the basis of campus trials during the last 6 months.
In this regard, he has further said that campuses were set up for the team in Karimabad and Madakalisht.
It should be noted that Chitral Women FC will also participate in the tournament in Islamabad.
