Liverpool reached the pre-quarterfinals of the Europa League, beating Las Vegas 4-0 to qualify for the knockout stage.
Gekpo scored 2 goals in the match while Diaz and Mohamed Salah scored one goal each.
In the final round match of Group E of the Europa League, Liverpool dominated the opposition team from the start at their home ground Anfield.
15 minutes into the game the Reds took full control, Diaz scored the first goal with a header, 3 minutes later Gepko scored the second goal from Salah’s pass.
The first half ended with a two-nil lead, Liverpool were awarded a penalty at the start of the second half which Salah took full advantage of.
Cody Gapko scored his second goal in the final minutes of the match as Liverpool beat Lask 4-0 to top the group with 12 points.
With this win, Liverpool qualified for the knockout stage of the Europa League.
