Peshawar: The Anti-Terrorism Court indicted 23 accused, including a former PTI MNA, involved in the May 9 vandalism incident.

ATC judge Jahanzeb Shinwari heard the case. The court indicted all 23 accused including former MNA Sajid Mohmand.

The accused denied the health crime. The court adjourned the further hearing till December 4 and summoned the prosecution witnesses.

According to the police, the accused had closed the Main Ghalnai Road in Mohmand district for all kinds of traffic on May 9. He made hateful speeches against the security forces and other national institutions.

A case has been registered against the accused in Ghalnai police station. The police completed the investigation and submitted the challan to the court.
