The World Organization of Football (FIFA) allowed British-born Pakistani footballer Otis Khan to play in the Pakistan football team.
AFC has also cleared Otis Khan to play for Pakistan team.
Otis Khan was banned by FIFA due to a dispute over citizenship, but now he will represent Pakistan in the World Cup Qualifier Round Two.
