Peshawar: Public sale of mobile phone SIMs has been banned.
DC Peshawar has imposed Section 144 banning the sale of mobile phone SIMs in public to prevent illegal use of mobile SIMs, under which sale of mobile phone SIMs without permission will be prohibited.
Through the announcement issued by the administration, DC Peshawar has directed the police to take action against those who sell mobile SIMs in illegal ways. Mobile SIMs were being used for crimes and illegal activities. According to DC Peshawar, strict action will be taken against those selling sims without the permission of the concerned authority.
