Belgian goalkeeper R. Espel has died at the age of 25.
According to foreign media, Arne Espel fell moments after saving a penalty kick during a match and this injury proved to be fatal for him.
According to media reports, Aspel saved the penalty kick, after which he collapsed on the field, he was immediately given medical aid and taken to Ziya Hospital by ambulance, but he died before reaching the hospital.
The Belgian club expressed its deep sorrow at Espel’s sudden death and extended its condolences to his family and friends.
