A comprehensive security and traffic plan has been prepared for the scheduled Cricket World Cup in India.
In this regard, the security officer says that there will be multi-layer security during the World Cup matches, arrangements have been made to facilitate the arrival of fans to the stadium and the traffic flow and parking plan is also ready.
Police Commissioner Vinoy Kumar says that each security layer will have a distinct objective, each layer will have a specific number of security personnel.
He says that there will be checking of fans at each security layer, a special team has been formed to look after the parking in the stadium, there will be checking in and around the stadium before the matches.
According to reports, a communication system will be set up for full communication with security agencies and local state cricket associations.
On the occasion of the World Cup, a safe route will be made for the teams from the hotel to the stadium.
Many stadiums, including Pune, are located far from the city, due to which comprehensive plans are being drawn up.
It should be noted that the World Cup is starting from October 5 in India.
