Islamabad: Supreme Court Bar Association’s petition regarding ordering elections to be held within 90 days has been allotted Constitutional Petition No.
Petition of Supreme Court Bar Association allotted Constitutional Petition No. 32/2023. It should be noted that the Supreme Court had challenged the decision to hold elections under the new census.
In the petition, the Supreme Court has been requested to order the election in 90 days.
