Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) has developed a strategy related to drugs missing from the market.
Sources say that action will be taken if drugs for life-threatening diseases disappear from the market.
According to Drap sources, alternative brands of rare drugs should be provided in the market soon, registration of new drugs for life-threatening diseases will be done immediately.
Applications for registration of cancer and diabetes drugs are under consideration, while work has been started on applications for registration of heart disease drugs, vaccines.
