Islamabad: Judge Humayun Dilawar, who sentenced Chairman PTI to three years imprisonment in the Tosha Khana criminal case, has been transferred.
On the instructions of Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq, the Additional Registrar issued the notification for the transfer of Humayun Dilawar.
According to the notification, Humayun Dilawar has been removed from the post of Additional Sessions Judge and made OSD while he has been directed to report to the Islamabad High Court.
