Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited the earthquake affected areas.
According to the Arab media, Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan said during a conversation with the media that the number of people who died as a result of the earthquake in Turkey has reached 19 thousand 388.
According to the Turkish president, the number of people injured by the earthquake has exceeded 77 thousand. The Turkish President further said that the government machinery is carrying out relief operations in the earthquake-affected areas in a very positive manner.
He said that a state of emergency has been imposed in Turkey to stop the misuse of the tragedy.
