Islamabad: The Accountability Court has extended the interim bail of Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi in the £190 million scam and Tosha Khana case till July 26.
Accountability Court Islamabad Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the bail requests of Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi in the National Crime Agency £190 million and Tosha Khana case.
Chairman PTI’s lawyer Khawaja Haris appeared in the court and pleaded for adjournment of the hearing. Khawaja Haris took the position that he will give arguments in both the cases at the next hearing.
The court extended the interim bail of chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi till July 26 and summoned the chairman PTI in his personal capacity for the next hearing and also called arguments from lawyer Khawaja Haris for the next hearing.
