Fast bowlers of Lahore Qalandars hope for PSL 8

Lahore Qalandars fast bowlers Dilbar Hussain and Jalat Khan have high hopes for Pakistan Super League (PSL) 8.

Defending champion Lahore Qalandars’ fast bowler Jalat Khan while speaking on the occasion of the training camp said that captain Shaheen Shah Afridi is benefiting a lot.

He said that he always tells all the players including the fast bowlers and says that just think of bowling in the right area. Their words give a lot of confidence because they are very supportive.

Jalat Khan said that I belong to a backward area like Leh, reached here playing tape ball cricket. Other coaches including Aqib Javed helped me a lot.

He said that I never thought that I would play with Shaheen Afridi and he would teach me.

Jalat Khan said that if captain Shaheen Afridi trusts him in the Pakistan Super League, he will fulfill his expectations.

The fast bowler said that Shaheen Afridi is his favorite player while taking the wicket of Babar Azam is his dream, he wants to fulfill this dream.

He said that Babar Azam is the number one batsman, he did not think about what can be planned against him, but it is a dream to take his wicket.

Fast bowler Dilbar Hussain said that a lot of hard work has been done in the camp, all the players have got a chance to come closer to each other. The hard work done before the PSL will definitely pay off during the event.

He said that last year I was suffering from fitness problems, I could not play cricket for one year, now I am fully fit, I will try to do well for my team.

Dilbar Hussain said that for now, all I have to do is to play on behalf of Lahore Qalandars and win the team.

He said that it is an honor to play for Pakistan. I also want to get this honor and wish to play for Pakistan one day and take Virat Kohli’s wicket.
