The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia has summoned the Japanese ambassador over Japan’s provision of military equipment to Ukraine.
Last month, Japan promised to supply 100 military vehicles to Ukraine, before Japan also gave helmets and bulletproof vests.
Moscow claims that Tokyo is also supplying Kiev with armored vehicles and all-terrain vehicles.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in its statement that Japan has been told that this move will increase hostilities while human lives will also be lost in Ukraine.
It should be noted that under Japan’s export laws, it cannot supply lethal weapons to any country.
