In connection with the preparation of the upcoming budget, the working hours of the employees of the Ministry of Finance have been increased till June 10.
The Ministry of Finance has issued a circular on the direction of the proposed authority, according to which Saturday and Sunday holidays have also been abolished in view of the new budget.
According to the circular, the office hours of the employees have been changed from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
The Ministry of Finance has directed all concerned officers and employees to implement the new schedule.
The relevant officers including Additional Finance Secretaries and Joint Secretaries have also been informed about this move.
