Syrian President Bashar al-Assad arrived in Saudi Arabia to attend the Arab League meeting after twelve years of Syria’s re-joining in the Arab League.
According to Arab media, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to participate in the 32nd session of the Arab League.
Saudi Arabia invited the Syrian president after Syria rejoined the Arab League.
It should be noted that Syria was expelled from the Arab League in 2012 against the Syrian government’s mistreatment of the people and protesters in the civil war in Syria, and most of the Arab countries severed relations with Syria.
