Renowned Indian writer, screenwriter and poet Javed Akhtar explained the reason behind the failure of his late friend, filmmaker and actor Satish Kaushik’s production company.
Javed Akhtar in a recent interview praised Kaushik’s talent as a filmmaker and producer but lamented that his company has not been able to reach its full potential.
He said that Satish Kaushik’s production company could have earned INR 150-200 crore if it had been managed better.
It may be remembered that Satish Kaushik, who was a well-known actor, director and filmmaker, produced several films under the banner of his production company.
Films made under the banner of his production company include films like ‘Tere Naam’ and ‘Meh Kuch Kehna Hai’.
But unfortunately his company was not as successful as some of his peers in the Indian film industry.
It should be noted that at the beginning of this year, Satish Kaushik died due to a heart attack at the age of 66.
