The accused was arrested after registering a case under the Parental Protection Ordinance
Rawalpindi: Wah Kent police arrested the delinquent son who threw the father out of the house by torturing his father during an operation.
In his statement, the accused’s father said that my son Usman demanded money and when he did not get it, he threw him out of the house after being tortured. On the request of the father, the Wah Kent Police registered a case under the Parental Protection Ordinance and arrested the accused Usman.
SP Pothohar has said that all legal requirements will be fulfilled to punish the accused. Violence against such a great person as a parent is unimaginable and deplorable.
