In Rawalpindi, Rescue 1122 safely rescued a young man who climbed an electric pole in an attempt to commit suicide.
According to rescue sources, a 25-year-old man climbed an electric pole to commit suicide in Ali Nawaz Chowk area of Rawalpindi, after receiving the information, Rescue 1122 started an operation through a special rescue vehicle and the young man was safely taken down from the pole.
The youth who tried to commit suicide has been shifted to Benazir Bhutto Hospital where the police have started legal proceedings.
