Islamabad High Court raised three objections to Imran Khan’s bail application.
Islamabad: In the context of the protest against the Tosha Khana verdict, there has been a big progress in the case registered against Imran Khan.
Imran Khan withdrew the bail application from the Sessions Court and filed a pre-arrest bail application in the Islamabad High Court. Imran Khan filed the application through lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar.
Meanwhile, the Islamabad High Court raised three objections to Imran Khan’s bail application.
The registrar office raised objection that Imran Khan’s signature is different at two places on the petition, Imran Khan has not done biometric verification, how can bail be filed in the High Court before arrest.
It should be noted that a case has been registered against Imran Khan in the police station secretariat in the complaint of Mohsin Shah Nawaz Ranjha.
