Islamabad: The District and Sessions Court rejected the request to transfer the hearing of the case of Imran Khan in the case registered under the section of attempted murder and extended the bail by one day, granting an exception to the appearance.

Lawyer Dr. Babar Awan told the court that Imran Khan will come to Islamabad tomorrow. On this occasion, a request for exception to Imran Khan’s attendance today was also filed in the court, in which security measures were requested for tomorrow’s appearance in the court. Lawyer Babar Awan said that the Ministry of Interior has given a statement that there is a fear of attack on Imran Khan, there may be a suicide attack on him during his appearance.
During the hearing, Imran Khan requested to hear yesterday’s session court cases in the judicial complex. Lawyer Babar Awan said in the court that the Prime Minister, Interior Minister, IG and Chief Commissioner should take responsibility, if there is anyone below him, they will not accept his responsibility.
During the hearing, the lawyers on behalf of the plaintiff Mohsin Shah Nawaz requested to form a medical board, in which it was stated that there is a clear law, if any bail is not produced before arrest, the bail is void. The court, while giving a verdict on various applications, rejected Imran Khan’s request to transfer the hearing of the Tosha Khana case to the judicial complex and remarked that we do not have the authority to sit from one court to another. Meanwhile, the court extended Imran Khan’s bail till tomorrow on the assurance of Babar Awan appearing in the court tomorrow.
