Quetta: Like other provinces, Balochistan also continues to experience heat wave, Sibi recorded 49 degrees while Chagai, Dalbandin and Taftan recorded 48 degrees.
According to Express News, the entire country has been in the grip of heat for the past several days and the heat is setting new records. In the month of May, many decades old heat records have been broken across the country.
Balochistan is also affected by the severe heat wave, today the temperature recorded in Quetta was 38 degrees Celsius, but the hottest temperature was in Sibi where the mercury reached 49 degrees.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the heat was also the worst in Chagai, Dalbandin, Taftan, and the temperature was recorded at 48 degrees Celsius due to the cold.
According to reports, electricity is also absent due to the severe heat in various plains within the province, normal life is badly affected in Nasirabad, Sehatpur, Dhadar and Bolan.
