The Sindh High Court granted the bail of MQM leader Babar Ghori while hearing the application for protective bail.
The Supreme Court has granted protective bail to Babar Ghori for 10 days.
The petitioner’s lawyer told the court that Babar Ghori will return home on January 30.
The Anti-Terrorism Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Babar Ghori, which has been suspended by the court.
Babar Ghori has also been summoned by NAB.
The protective bail application has been filed on behalf of Babar Ghori’s daughter.
Sources have said that Babar Ghori will reach Pakistan from Dubai on January 30, he will meet MQM leaders.
