Pakhtunkhwa;  On Eid-ul-Fitr, 2 lakh people reached the tourist spots

Peshawar: On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, about 2 lakh people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa visited tourist places on holiday.

Tourism Adviser Zahid Chanzeb said that tourists camped in the province on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. In 2 days, more than one lakh 74 thousand tourists visited the tourist places. The provincial government is trying to provide all possible facilities to the tourists.

He said that compared to last year, more number of tourists are visiting tourist places in the province. Tourism Helpline 1422 under the supervision of Kite Project is operational round the clock, through which all kinds of information are being provided to the tourists.

Adviser Tourism and Culture said that youth of Tourism Police are performing duties at tourist places.
