Intense heat in Karachi today, temperature likely to rise

Karachi: The city of Quaid is in the grip of intense heat for the second day and the temperature may exceed 36 degrees today.

According to the Meteorological Department, the reason for the heat is dry northerly winds and a decrease in the speed of sea breezes, while the weather is expected to remain hot and dry on Tuesday.

The city is expected to remain clear and partly cloudy on Wednesday.
