Quetta: Rains continue in the coastal and southern regions as a new wave of western winds enters Balochistan.
According to the Meteorological Department, during the last 24 hours, 21 mm of rain has been recorded in Gwadar, while 10 mm of rain has been recorded in Turbat, and 2 mm of rain has been recorded in Ormara, Jiwani, Pasni, Awaran and Panjgur.
During the next 24 hours, more rains are predicted in the coastal and southern regions, while rains and snowfall in the mountains are also predicted in North Balochistan.
The Meteorological Department says that the rains are likely to continue for 72 hours due to which there is a risk of flash flooding.
