Islamabad: On behalf of Hasan and Hussain Nawaz, an application was filed to suspend the arrest warrant for their return home.
According to Express News, Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz, sons of former prime minister and PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif, have decided to return to Pakistan, for which they have suspended the permanent arrest warrant issued in the Avenfield reference by the Islamic Accountability Court. Application filed in Abad.
On behalf of Hasan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz, the application for arrest warrant suspension has been filed in the court of Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana. In this regard, Qazi Misbah-ul-Hassan Advocate has taken a position in the application that Hasan and Hussain Nawaz have to come to Pakistan on March 12.
During the hearing, Judge Nasir Javed Rana of the Accountability Court remarked that notices will be given on this request, on which the lawyer Qazi Misbah Al Hasan requested that the court should take notices for tomorrow only. Later, the court issued a notice to the investigating officer for tomorrow.
It should be noted that the accountability court has declared Hasan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz as advertisers.
