Karachi: Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Justice (Retd) Maqbool Baqir took notice of the irregularities in the results of the intermediate and formed a four-member fact-finding inquiry committee.
The inquiry committee will include VCNED Dr. Sarosh Lodhi (Convener), Executive Director IBA Karachi Dr. Akbar Zaidi, Secretary HEC Moinuddin Siddiqui and one other member.

The committee will investigate the case of alleged manipulation of results due to a sudden drop in the passing percentage of Class XI students during the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi Annual Examinations 2023.
The committee will determine the officers/officials involved in the irregularities and if found involved, will make its recommendations in this regard. The committee will submit its report within 15 days.
