Lahore: The unknown motorcyclist along with his companions tortured the traffic wardens.
According to the details, the traffic wardens prohibited the unknown motorcyclist from removing the briar. The accused tried to remove the briar. Later, the motorcyclist called the town hall and called his colleagues.
The town hall employees kidnapped the wardens and severely tortured the wardens and kept the traffic warden Salim in custody and the accused escaped leaving the wardens in a semi-conscious state.
After the incident, CTO Lahore ordered immediate action against the accused. A case has been registered against the accused under other provisions including kidnapping, interference in government, threats of serious consequences.
