Secretary of Foreign Affairs Asad Majeed has met with US State Department Consul Derek Shule.
According to the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, during the meeting, Foreign Secretary Asad Majeed said that frequent bilateral visits are a reflection of the positive direction of Pakistan-US relations.
The foreign secretary expressed satisfaction over the second mid-level and defense-level talks and the council meeting to be held in Washington.
Consul Derek Shule of the US Department of State said that the US is determined to advance relations with Pakistan.
He also said that the US expresses solidarity and support with the flood victims of Pakistan.
