All 6 citizens are in jail in different cases
Karachi: The Sindh High Court ordered to recover the citizens and submit a report to the Home Department, Mohamaka Police and other institutions on the applications related to the recovery of missing persons.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Nimatullah Phalphoto heard the petitions related to the recovery of missing persons.
Sindh Police traced 6 missing persons and submitted preliminary reports to the court.
The report said that the citizens Rafafat Ali, Zulfikar Ali, Gul Hussain and Zahid Hussain were wanted by Sharia Faisal police. All four citizens are in jail in different cases. Citizens Faisal Abbas and Ayaz were wanted by Sachal police in various cases. Both citizens are in jail in other cases.
The court disposed of the petitions related to the recovery of the citizens after the police. The court ordered immediate recovery of citizen Subhan Jatoi, minor girl Ali Shah, Saleem-ur-Rehman and Nimatullah, Sufi Shah Inayat and Sohail Ahmed. The court ordered the home department, police and other agencies to submit a progress report by November 14.
