Islamabad: In the Accountability Court Islamabad, significant progress has been made in the case of assets in excess of income against Ishaq Dar.
NAB prosecutor said that there is no evidence of corruption against Ishaq Dar and the case cannot be continued.
Judge Muhammad Bashir remarked that the NAB Prosecutor General should give a written explanation on this point, if there is no objection to the acquittal of Ishaq Dar and other accused, then let the NAB say tomorrow that we did not say anything like that.
NAB Prosecutor Afzal Qureshi said that we have given arguments on merit, let the court pronounce the verdict.
The court said that you write in writing and we will pronounce the decision.
Accountability Court judge Muhammad Bashir adjourned the hearing.
