Lahore: Police re-arrested former inspector Abid Boxer and obtained 7-day physical remand.
Former Inspector Abid Boxer was presented before the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore after being re-arrested by the police. The accused was produced in the court under tight security. Earlier, the police had arrested Abid Boxer in the case of snatching an official rifle and escaping from police custody.
A case has been registered by Faisal Town police station against Abid Boxer. The police granted a 7-day physical remand from the court in the case of snatching an official rifle and escaping from police custody. The court ordered to produce Abid Boxer again on October 26 while seeking the investigation report on the next hearing.
